It is located at 20 minutes walk from Shirahama beach. Lobby is beautiful and ocean view is awesome.

Staff is totally unprofessional and they don’t know how to treat with guests.

Beautiful view and clean , comfortable room

Actually, I love the landscape of this hotel where located at the bank of the sea. It is an amazing thing and so beautiful. Moreover, buffet foods are outstanding highlight. You can enjoy with a lot of food but some kind of beverages are not included.

Your facilities in the hot spring room are not variety.

Sea and beach nearby that is walking distance. Nice staff they were helpful, Dinner and breakfast were fruitful.

The hotel faces the ocean and with big onsen area. Breakfast and dinner are buffet styles with lots of variety. Our room faces the ocean and is a big room. The bus stops are outside the hotel.

The location is good, the view for the sunset is excellent. Many parking space for the visitors.

The location was good. Near most main tourist spots. The ocean view was also nice.

The facility was too old. The buffet was very disappointing. Very few choices with the price and the food quality was not ideal either.

The online booking system: English and Japanese versions are different in terms of prices and packages. If there is an English version on the official website for booking, that will be much better. It was confusing that we didn’t get the breakfast included when we thought we did

The breakfast was good . The dinner buffet was a bit disappointed . Choices of food was a bit little and the taste was ok but I expected more.

Nice facilities, had footbath and big onsen area with a few pools. Also had play room and ping pong table.

The location is good, just in front of the sea, very quiet environment, relaxing atmosphere

Property is a bit old, outdated, facilities also not so tidy or clean, no bottled water supplies at all, the buffet provided is only average in selection, better to find own dinnings in the area for cheaper price.

Dinner is good "love the pudding", Breakfast is good, Very good location which just opposite the bus stop. Friendly staff and many staff can speak fluent english, love the smell of freshly baked bread near the entrance.Great 足湯 with the small towel prepared, Good game room with billard pool.Want to give compliment to staff at the Spa accept my booking even it will extend their work hours.A bike rental is available just beside, althought is close at 6pm

Not as good as what I expected.

Hotel is old, I can see water marks on the drawer door. Compare with the other resort we stayed the night before which have free drinks and water provided everywhere, this resort has nothing. Can't even fill up water bottles easily...

The buffet meals (breakfast and dinner) were nice and had a great selection of food items. The location of the hotel is nice too, and would have provided a great sunset view especially at the footbath, if not for the cloudy skies during my stay. You could also choose Tempur pillows for additional comfort.

The staff at the buffet had an odd table allocation system, and seemed to allocate the nice window seats in the D section only to specific people. Not sure how that system works but I was disappointed to be getting not-so-good seats for both dinner and breakfast. My bed area also seemed to have some insects during the night and bit me on my hands and legs. Fortunately not bed bugs though. The toilet and basin are oddly far apart. Not sure why but it is not the most convenient design. The airconditioner also don't seem to work unless you put it to auto mode, otherwise the room can be pretty warm and stuffy.

If you are one who likes unparalleled sea views + hot spring baths, give this place a try!The bathroom and room decorations are a little old-fashioned and have a sense of age, but overall, everything was functional and very clean, plus room amenities were good. If the weather is good, do take a soak in the open-air footbath on the first floor of the hotel and enjoy the views while at it.They also provide yukata in the room, which can be used around the hotel as well as to bring to the bath. I highly recommend trying their outdoor bath, which has amazing views of the Pacific Ocean. Hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful, and even though some couldn't speak good English, they tried their very best to help us with any queries we had. much appreciated.Would return to stay next time!

The hotel was in a beautiful location next to the ocean. We had ocean views which were lovely. The breakfast and dinner buffets had lots of choices of both Japanese and Western foods. The heated infinity pool was a nice treat in October.

We had paid a premium for two rooms with 4 adults and 2 children aged 4 and 7 yet when we checked in there were just 2 twin beds in both rooms with mat areas in both for futons but they charged us extra to use the futons for the children even though the futons were right in the room. This was not made clear when booking. They also charged extra to use the baths which wasn’t expected based on the price of this hotel.

Dinner and Breakfast buffet is very nice. Very nice staff and professional service.

The breakfast and dinner are provided and got a ton of options. Onsen area is huge, and loved the view. Facilities and service are wonderful.

There are smoke area in the hotel. And the room we are assigned to apparently belong to that area. We can smell heavy smoke smell as we approach our room. Wish they asked us to choose non-smoke options.
